We understand that visiting the dentist can sometimes be daunting, but rest assured, we are here to make your experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Feel free to ask any questions or share any concerns you may have – we’re here to listen and ensure your comfort every step of the way.

What to expect when you visit us, in 8 easy steps:

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our friendly reception team who will assist you with any forms and answer any initial questions you may have.
Relax in our comfortable waiting area to make your wait as pleasant as possible.
Your appointment will typically start with a thorough examination by one of our experienced dentists. This may include digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and other diagnostic tools to assess your oral health.
Based on the examination findings, your dentist will discuss any concerns, findings, and treatment options tailored to your specific needs and goals. We prioritise open communication and encourage you to ask any questions you may have. If you’re interested in improving the appearance of your smile, we offer cosmetic consultations to discuss options such as teeth whitening, veneers, or orthodontic treatments.
Your dentist will provide guidance on maintaining good oral hygiene at home and may recommend preventive measures such as fluoride treatments or dental sealants to protect your teeth.
Before proceeding with any treatment, we’ll provide you with a clear understanding of the recommended procedures, their associated costs, and any insurance coverage or financing options available to you.
Our helpful reception team will assist you in scheduling any necessary follow-up appointments and coordinate your treatment plan to fit your schedule.
We’re here for you every step of the way. Whether you have questions after your visit or need to schedule future appointments, our team is just a phone call away.

Thank you for choosing West Garden Dental Practice for your dental care needs. We look forward to building a lasting relationship with you and helping you achieve the healthy, beautiful smile you deserve.
